The Elements of a Storm

The wind howls. Running violently, Through the branches and leaves of the trees. Rushing them in a rhythmic dance, Of torture and despair.
The rain falls. Crashing down horribly, On the unsuspecting flowers below. Beating them constantly, As if angered by their very presence.
The thunder sounds. Loud obnoxious crashes, Striking fear into some and intriguing others, With the sheer terror yet harmlessness Of its loud, uncontrolled, music.
The lightning flashes. Bright streaks of light, Beautifully illuminating the night sky
